Terms of Service

01The Service

Kyron Deck is a workspace for organizing the information your software projects run on. We may add, change or remove features over time. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis and may include beta or experimental features that are still evolving.

02Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

03Your content

You retain ownership of the content you store in the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your workspace.

You are responsible for Your Content and for having the necessary rights to store it — including any credentials, keys, secrets or environment variables you add for projects that you or your organization own or control. Do not store credentials or data you are not authorized to hold.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store data you have no right to hold.
• Attempt to breach the security of the Service or access another workspace or account without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.
• Upload malware, or disrupt, overload or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

05Plans and billing

The Service is currently offered with a free tier. We may introduce paid plans in the future; where fees apply, the price, taxes, billing cycle, renewal and cancellation terms will be presented to you before you purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

06Security and shared responsibility

We are responsible for securing the Service. You are responsible for securing your account, choosing a strong password, and managing the roles and access you grant to your teammates.

07Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

08Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Kyron Deck and Kyron Infotech names, logos and marks, is owned by Kyron Infotech and protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.

09Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and Your Content may be deleted after a reasonable period.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyron Infotech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you use the Service for free, a nominal amount.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kyron Infotech from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated date at the top, and for material changes we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
